It is important that you describe the number of boxes and/or files and any special requirements at this time.

When sending a request for either a pick-up or delivery by fax or e-mail, for file storage NJ please make sure you obtain a confirmation that we have received the request. When leaving a voice mail message regarding a pick-up or delivery, please let us know your name, company name, telephone number, box # (or description) and the date you need the file on or before. Example: This is Jane from the ABC Company. My telephone number is area code XXX-XX-XXXX. I am requesting a delivery of box number(s) XXX; please deliver anytime before August 17th.

When requesting boxes and/or files from storage, prior to calling, it would be time saving to refer to the “Report of Boxes” we previously provided.  This file storage NJ report will contain the barcode label (which is “our” box number for your box) and description of the box in addition to other identifying factors (your special box #, etc.). You can then tell us our box number(s) of the items you need instead of us having to perform a search based on the description only.
